Refund & Return Policy
At Luki Lab, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with our product, you may return your purchase in its original condition and packaging for a refund within 30 days of receipt.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please submit a message describing the nature of your request on our contact form. Once the request has been received and accepted, Luki Lab will provide you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number, which will need to be placed on the outside of the package you're shipping the product in. Return requests will be processed within 2 business days.
Please note:
- No return will be accepted without an RMA number.
- We may request pictures or additional information to satisfy your request.
- If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds may take 7-10 business days to appear in the account used to make the purchase.
Return Shipping Costs
Luki Lab will provide a prepaid return shipping label in cases where orders have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a company representative to be inaccurate. We may request pictures or additional information to satisfy your request.
For all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Luki Lab will not reimburse or provide credit for return shipping costs incurred by the customer. If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must arrange with customer service for return shipping prior to placing the items back in transit to Luki Lab.

We absolutely love Pinxies! They are super easy to use, and so much fun for all ages. Even my teenagers have fun building with the colorful plastic pieces to create cool designs. This set is full of big fun under the sea characters!
My 9-year-old and her friend really enjoyed doing this kit together. The end result is a super cute stage with many cute human and animal characters. The pieces are all made out of either really durable plastic, or REALLY thick cardboard. The cardboard pieces are so strong and thick that I know we'd be able to take this apart and put it back together so many time without much wear at all. It's kind of like Legos meets a Puzzle, but prettier. This would be a great gift that gets kids engaged. The only reason we took off a star is because the top part of the stage piece just rests on the stage itself, instead of locking in, this made it difficult for the kids to play with without knocking the top part over. It seems like it would have been simple enough to design it so the plastic pieces connected the whole thing together to prevent this. With that being said though, since all these kits are compatible, we could just engineer a way to make it stay with pieces from another kit, or from the spare pieces that it includes.

We had an amazing time with Pinxies STEM-authenticated building set! Pinxies award winning sets included all the necessary parts and pieces to enhance creation. Beautiful color, easy to connect, and mess free. Also, easily to put away and rebuild all over again!
I have three girls and this hit the mark for all of them. My older loved building it and my younger love the imaginative play while my youngest could add stickers and play too! They already want more!
